1. How can I get the samples?

If the sample value is less than USD5.00 and you have effective express account No. such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, you just advise us it and your detailed delivery address and phone number. We will use it to send the samples to you by freight collect.

If you don’t have any account No. and the Courier Company, you can remit the freight charge to us, and we will send the samples to you as soon as we received your payment for the freight and/or sample fee.

We will return one sample cost ( less than USD50) from your future mass order if product quantity is above 50 pcs

2. How about the shipment and freight?

We will handle with the shipment for you. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

Please advice the product item number and quantity. We will check the freight for you.

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by express (DHL, FeDEx).
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

Your container order will be shipped from ports of Shen Zhen (Yantian, Chiwan or She Kou).

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

3. About MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on different products. It is more flexible for the long-term customers

4. About Lead time:

Sample order: 7-15 days for electronic products. Mass order: 10-15 days.

5. Payment:

We usually accept Wire transfer ( T/T ) or Western Union in advance after order confirmation.

6. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )

7.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?

Yes.

Logo, brand and company name can be printed on our products (Order quantity required). You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG and TIFF format. We also need the Pantone number, Logo size for each color or the setting for the colors.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card. Please send us the artwork in PSD, Tif, AI, or EPS

You can either send us the artwork by email or an CD-Rom, or put on your Web site for download. We CAN'T start production if we don't have enough and correct information for the artwork and color setting.

8. What's the warranty of your products?

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products. We may replace the unqualified products in the next shipment of your order after evidencing buyer’s unqualified products by photos you took or other way.

9. How can we become your sole distributor?

We will offer the test months firstly. Then if you can sell our products USD20,000 for electronic products per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10. Do you accept OEM projects?

Yes, OEM projects are welcome.

11. About the PRICES
Can I get your price list?
Yes, please let us know what products you are interested in quantities and exact requirement. We will send the price list by E-mail within 1 working day upon receipt of your inquiry.

We will put your contact method in list and update newest items and price in the following days.

12. Working Time: (Beijing time)

8: 00am to 12: 00am, 1: 30pm to 5: 30pm ( From Monday to Friday)

9: 00am to 1:00 pm (every Saturday)

Holiday:

Labour Day ( from May 1st to May 4th)

National Day (from Oct 1st to Oct. 4th)

New Year's Day (from Jan 1st to Jan 3nd)

Lunar Chinese New Year ( usually 7 days from end of Jan. to middle of Feb.)

All banks, shipping companies and production lines don't work on the above holiday. But you can send email and we will try to reply you during these days. Thanks.
